Moving on in the agenda: IC 2007, Day 1-4

Time is running so fast so there is hardly any time to post something on our blog.

So what happened so far...

Dey (previous PAI) arrived to the conference with a few members of his team and evaluated their achievements in term 06/07. Then we went through introduction of AI plan 07/08 and all focus areas for this year.

On Friday, Developing Leaders Day (DLD) was on the agenda. This day was delivered only by externals – mangers from ABN AMRO and Cadbury Sweppes who are specially trained to be able to facilitate those sessions. It was amazing to see them – the most of them participated at such event for the first time, quite a lot of them never facilitated any session but still they managed to deliver very professional work. In the evening, there was a traditional Turkish night with a lot of Turkish and Arabic music, alcohol and food.

Yesterday, we spent whole day in functional tracks and we finished the very demanding day at African “Safari” party.

Besides usual agenda, there are many country meetings running as well as working groups. We're doing our best to get maximum out of these days.
